3D Printed Router Attachment for CNC Plasma table

Essentially my CNC plasma cutting table has the functionality to accommodate a variety of different tools. As long as you have a way to properly hold them. This series of photos contains the Router attachment I designed and printed for the table

Tapping threads in 3d printed parts

Using engineering grade Nylon filiment I am able to create robust threads in my 3d printed parts

A blank slate

With the stock torch set up removed I have the freedom to design assemblies to hold a variety of other cutting tools.

Before Modification

The batmobile

My client and I have transformed a Polaris Slingshot into his personal Batmobile. This process began with Plasma-cut accent pieces to set it apart from the crowd. Utilizing 3D modeling and 3D printing I have been able to design Batmobile themed parts to make this machine Batmobile to its very core. Check out the Hubcap example above.

Utilization of all our CNC tools gave my client the freedom to dream big knowing his creativity was the only limitation in creating the Batmobile.
